Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal – 4 tablespoons
  • Chia seeds – 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut protein – 1 teaspoon
  • Brewed coffee – 3 tablespoons
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Berries – 40g

Heat 300ml of water in a saucepan. Add oatmeal, coconut protein and chia seeds – cook over low heat until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add coffee, honey and fresh fruit. Stir lightly.

Starting the day with a nutritious and well-balanced breakfast like oatmeal, paired with a steaming cup of coffee, creates the perfect harmony of beloved flavors.

Banana Coffee Smoothie

Make coffee, let it cool down a bit and pour strained coffee into ice tray. Freeze for about 2 hours.

In a blender, combine 4 cubes of coffee with the following ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon of raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 150ml almond milk

Smoothies are a great choice for a healthy snack or a quick breakfast. Coffee Muffins with Mandarin Essential Oil

Muffins have a universal appeal, making them suitable for breakfast or as a delectable afternoon treat that satisfies any sweet craving. Preparing them is a breeze, but the real test lies in patiently waiting for them to cool down, so you can fully enjoy their irresistible taste!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnut flour
  • 1 pack baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon brewed Grand Gold coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 10 drops of mandarin essential oil

Preparation: Mash the bananas and add all the wet ingredients. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the mixture of wet ingredients while lightly mixing with a spatula (do not use mixers or blenders because of the gentle texture). Pour the resulting mixture into coconut oil coated muffin liners.

Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. When the muffins are baked, leave to cool and decorate as desired.

For decorating muffins, you can use nuts, fresh or candied fruits. Pair the mouth-watering muffins with a steaming cup of homebrewed coffee and treat your taste buds to a truly delightful experience.

Elevate your bread by incorporating coffee, seeds, and nuts, which provide essential healthy fats to energize and kickstart your day. Seeds such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds are packed with nutritious proteins, healthy fats, fiber, and essential vitamins.

Making this bread only requires a blender.

Ingredients:

  • 90g walnuts
  • 90g raw sunflower seeds
  • 90g flaxseeds
  • 50g sesame seeds
  • 50g raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of coffee
  • 4 eggs
  • 100ml of warm water
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan salt.

Place all the seeds and walnuts in a blender and pulse until they form a flour-like mixture. In a large bowl, start by combining the wet ingredients before gradually incorporating the dry ingredients that were blended earlier. Stir with a spatula until a uniform mixture is obtained. Grease the bread pan with butter and pour in the mixture. Spread the mixture evenly and bake the bread at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. The aroma that fills the air while baking will awaken your appetite!
