Coffee is a fruit.

Coffee is a fruit.

Coffee grows on a tree whose flowers smell like jasmine. The cherry fruit ripens from green to deep red and is handpicked, fruit by fruit, to preserve quality.

Types of coffee

Types of coffee

The two most common types of coffee are Arabica and Robusta. Arabica has a milder, aromatic taste and less caffeine, while Robusta is stronger, with more caffeine, ideal for black coffee and espresso.

Raw coffee

Raw coffee

After drying, Arabica and Robusta are packed as raw green beans and arrive at our production facility, where the creation of premium flavor begins.

The secret of coffee roasting

Roasting coffee at around 200°C releases about 800 aromas. It lasts from 90 seconds to over 20 minutes, and the roaster's skill is to achieve the perfect balance of acidity and bitterness.

Grinding that makes a difference

For the perfect taste, coffee must be ground precisely. Cold grinding on stone mills preserves the aromas, although high temperature additionally warms the bean during the process.

Final product

Thanks to the skill of the masters, coffee retains its distinctive aroma, rich taste, and freshness that awakens. After selection, roasting, and grinding, it is carefully packaged to preserve its freshness.
