Coffee that meets all your expectations

News
Countless times we have heard or said – I can’t imagine a day without homemade coffee. From every cup of coffee, we expect and demand the aroma and taste we are used to, the strength we sometimes desperately need, and the quality that ensures us the ultimate enjoyment.

Yes, that is the cup that wakes us up in the morning, gives us energy with the first sip, recharges us for a new workday, and offers a moment of true enjoyment in the afternoon. In every invitation for coffee there is also a desire for conversation and connecting with other people. It is an invitation to take a break with colleagues or an invitation to socialize with friends. Every cup of coffee enjoyed with dear people brings us moments of relaxation, leisure, and enjoyment.

All of that is just a part of what we expect from our favorite drink. When we set aside all these personal feelings and expectations that are inevitable when it comes to coffee, have you ever wondered what it takes for the perfect combination of flavors to end up in our cup? It depends on the quality of the beans, the degree of roasting, the aroma, and the skill of the master preparing it, as well as on the packaging itself in which it is kept before we brew it in a džezva and pour it into our favorite cup.

Quality coffee is also the one whose packaging contains only coffee beans, without any additives. And the bean itself arrives for production from the faraway plantations of Brazil, India, Vietnam, and Uganda, where it is picked when it reaches full ripeness, that is, when it turns dark red. This is where an important moment comes in: the secret of good coffee, experts say, also largely depends on how carefully it is picked. The best quality is ensured precisely by handpicking.

And that is certainly not the end. When the perfect coffee bean arrives at the production site, it is time for the roaster to show their skills in action. Roasting is the process during which some aromas are lost and others are released, and it is up to the master to determine the moment when freshly ground coffee will gain that well-recognized smell and taste. Did you know that at one point during roasting, as many as 800 different aromas are released under heat, and each of them contributes to the taste and smell of homemade coffee!

For the final taste of true homemade coffee, compared with all other types, it is of utmost importance that it be finely ground. This is achieved in two ways: by cold grinding and by stone grinding. Stone grinding is a special craft because, due to the high number of rotations between the two stones, high temperature develops and must be strictly controlled.

And finally, though certainly not least, is the way the aroma is preserved in the bag in which the coffee is packaged. Proper packaging is the key guardian of the favorite drink from its main “enemies”: oxygen and moisture.

When we present all the factors that influence the perfection of the taste of our favorite homemade coffee in this way, we conclude that only certain manufacturers can meet our high expectations. The emotional value that a cup of coffee has for each of us is precisely completed by the right choice.

When it comes to a favorite drink such as freshly ground coffee, we believe you do not compromise when it comes to quality and that irresistible smell and taste that are part of your everyday life!
