Muffins leave no one indifferent; you can eat them for breakfast or as a sweet snack in the afternoon. The preparation is simple, the hardest part is waiting for them to cool so you can enjoy their taste!
Ingredients
- bananas - 2
- honey - 2 tablespoons
- coconut sugar - 2 tablespoons
- coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
- almond milk - 250 ml
- spelt flour - 1 cup
- hazelnut flour - 2 tablespoons
- baking powder - 1 sachet
- baking soda - ½ teaspoon
- homemade Grand kafa Gold - 1 tablespoon
- cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
- Himalayan salt - a pinch
- mandarin essential oil - 10 drops
Preparation:
Mash the bananas and add all the wet ingredients. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently with a spatula (do not use a mixer because of the delicate texture). Grease the muffin tins with coconut oil and pour in the mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. When the muffins are baked, let them cool and decorate as desired.
For decorating the muffins, you can use nuts, fresh or candied fruit. Serve the juicy muffins with a cup of hot homemade coffee and enjoy the essence of flavor that will delight your taste buds.
